Estimates are built up from first principles or agreed labour rates as provided by clients.

Willow Estimating will source material prices from merchants and adapt for the special prices that some clients may be eligible to from merchants.

Willow Estimating have a database of in excess of 1400 named subcontractors, both local and national, to call upon which can be used to supplement a client's own list of subcontractors.

Willow Estimating have used computerised estimating systems for the past 15 years and for the past 8 years have heavily invested in the Conquest Estimating System which is considered second to none and is fast becoming the recognised industry standard.

The reporting within Conquest enables the uniqueness of all clients' companies to be incorporated into the final tender results.

Willow Estimating can take on projects of most sizes in house (Up to £6M)

We are able to provide full materials and subcontract package send out service, and have the facilities to copy all necessary drawings for the packages send out, including all mailing and telephoning requirements.

We have invested in Conquest Estimating Software (we are a current licence holder). This estimating software can be manipulated to suit most clients' requirements, and the information contained provides
up to date financial cost reports to suit most needs.

As well as a traditional priced bills of quantity, a bill with fully detailed rate builds up can be printed off,
to enable any end user the confidence that an estimate is correctly formulated.

The software allows Willow Estimating to prepare fully detailed quantity take offs with traditional take off casting and annotated notes against measures, as required, which can be printed off.

When pricing up tenders, Willow Estimating works up a fully detailed price from first principles. This can then be printed off on conclusion of the tender works as a summary of all:

Labour

Plant

Materials

Subcontract

Prov sums

It can also be printed out detailing the number of say joiner hours and value required, say JCB plant hours and value, or total meters of 50 x 50 sw or any other materials required on a project.

We are also able to export the Bill of priced Quantities in Excel format with full rate and total Labour/ Plant/ Materials/ Subcontract/ Prov sums breakdowns and rate breakdowns as necessary. An Excelent format for monthly Valuations without the need for expensive software.

The Estimating software used by Willow Estimating enables price and rate updates or profit over rate spread in a matter of  seconds.
